New Firmware: Trimble Survey GNSS Receiver Firmware Version 5.61 & 6.21

Trimble Survey GNSS receiver firmware version 5.61/6.21 is now available. This release includes enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements. It is highly recommended users upgrade and run the latest firmware version.

The firmware can be uploaded/downloaded with Trimble Installation Manager (TIM). Users with an active firmware warranty date of December 2022 can install firmware 5.61/6.21 now.

Trimble Forensics Capture Software Version 3.8.1 & Reveal Software Version 2.10.0

Pairing the Trimble X9 3D laser scanning system with Trimble Forensics Capture and Reveal software provides a comprehensive and fast data collection and analysis solution for trained forensics reconstructionist. The X9—which builds upon the same technology and workflows of the X7—provides a key data source when time and accuracy are critical.

Trimble Forensics Capture field software version 3.8.1 allows the automatic syncing of data from multiple sources, including the X9, reducing time in the field and allowing for the quick export of collected data to Trimble Forensics Reveal office software for analysis. Within Trimble Forensics Reveal version 2.10.0, updates to the automatic classification feature significantly improve the segmentation process, speeding up the manual clean up that is often necessary, allowing users to analyze data quicker.

The latest software updates will be available through Trimble Installation Manager.
